I decided to start a personal training program after I saw the progress my daughter made after just a few short months. I got my daughter started on a 3-day a week program with Lee Lamb, personal trainer, in March 2007. By July, we saw a different person after she lost 20 lbs. I saw a teenager who used to sit on the couch and watch tv, due to lack of energy, start to enjoy activities with her friends. She has a kidney disease, which caused her to be on medications and gain weight from the side effects. She has now lost a total of 40 lbs and has been taken off of 5 of her medications due to her improved kidney function.
I used to workout on my own at my local gym. I had some success on my own but made the decision to sign up with Lee hoping for better results. The one-on-one training with Lee allowed me to reach past my goals. He pushed me to work harder than I would on my own and made exercising fun. I went from a size 12 to a size 6, but the best reward is having more energy, improved flexibility and reduced stress. I manage an office full time and have six children to care for. When I hear people say they don’t have time to exercise, I see that as an excuse. If I can find time between working full time and keeping up with 6 teenage children, anyone can find 3 hours a week to improve their health and increase their strength. It is now a part of our routine and we don’t have to try to find time to fit it in our schedule.
The results my daughter & I have seen are remarkable. It is such a joy to see her have so much energy & laugh with her friends. Her health has improved due to her training program. It is a great feeling to hear the compliments from family & friends about how great we look but even more to feel so much better. Lee has done a wonderful job showing us how much we are capable of achieving. It has been a very positive experience that has changed they way we live.

I’ve worked out with Lee for over a year. Lee pushes me to new levels of fitness each time we workout. I am 41 years old and in the best shape of my life. I’ve always done some sort of exercise and been in good condition. But not even close to the shape I am in now. Lee’s workouts are never boring and are always very challenging.
